Grant Name: YJOVD Development Grant

Who May Apply:
1. Department of USA Volleyball
2. Division of USA Volleyball
3. Anyone affiliated with a Member Organization that is interested in increasing the level of play and/or the number of volleyball participants in their area. (examples; a clinic for large numbers of youth at a YMCA, starting a boys' high school varsity team, forming a Region High Performance team, or expanding a program that promotes volleyball at a national level.)

Synopsis of Grant:
The procedures and application for the grant can be found in PDF documents below. Applications should be submitted to the Administrative Council 30 days prior to their meeting in later January, the third weekend in May or the first weekend in August. Applications are accepted throughout the year. The Administrative Council reserves the right to periodically distribute funds or make a one-time payment to the recipient organization.

Requirements:
A formal application must be submitted to be considered for the grant. The funds must be used to further one or more goals of the Youth and Junior Olympic Volleyball Development (YJOVD) as listed in the division's administrative manual. Prior to receiving funds the recipient may be required to provide further evidence of the legitimacy of the organization. Periodic updates of the program progress may be required in addition to a final report or presentation of the results of the program to the YJOVD General Assembly.
